Shipping, Refund and Cancellation Policy
RETURN POLICY
Customers have a 24 hrs window from the delivery date from UPS & USPS documented delivery to do a RETURN OR EXCHANGE. Exchanges will be based on product availability and the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the return or exchange is requested due to an error or mistake on GLAZE & GLOW LUXURY STUDIO, part. Shipments opened by the customer days or weeks AFTER!! the 24 hr, documented delivery date ARE EXCLUDED and will be subject to the following refund guidelines.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be given on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of GLAZE & GLOW LUXURY STUDIO, to do so. In the event that we agree to process a refund, in full or partial, that refund WILL NOT be sent and/or processed until the items purchased have been returned and fully inspected by GLAZE & GLOW LUXURY STUDIO staff.
Refunds WILL NOT be given due to:
The customer ordered the incorrect size.
The customer ordered the incorrect color.
Customers mistakenly, misinterpreted or misunderstood listing details.
Customers not knowing and/or reading the refund policy.
If stock is available GLAZE & GLOW LUXURY STUDIO discretion, we may offer the option to exchange your merchandise. If a customer opts to exchange their merchandise the customer will be responsible to pay 100% of the return shipping cost.
Customers may receive a full or partial refund if there is an error with an order that is 100% due to GLAZE & GLOW LUXURY STUDIO. If we make a mistake our customers will not have to pay for it.
By completing a transaction with GLAZE & GLOW LUXURY STUDIO, any and all customers are agreeing to, and in fact, do fully understand the above policy. Customers are agreeing and understand that any & all items sold by GLAZE & GLOW LUXURY STUDIO may be a retail item or it may be a NON-RETAIL item coming directly from a manufacturer.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING POLICY
All orders will be processed and shipped out on our shipping days which are the following Wednesdays and Fridays. 95% of orders are shipped through UPS. We will occasionally use USPS if needed or by customer request. Shipping times normally range from 1-4 business days, taking into consideration current shipping conditions at the time of shipping and how far you are from the departure state of Maryland.
Once your package is in possession of the mail carrier GLAZE & GLOW LUXURY STUDIO has NO control over the route of the package, delays of your package or in a worst-case scenario, your package is lost. We will initiate a claim with the carrier to start the process of getting the package located & delivered or getting paid from the carrier and issuing the customer a refund.
All items are shipped from Maryland unless otherwise specified. Normally take 1-4 business days. Unless delays with the courier.

All sales are final for sale items.
